Welcome, (I’m so thankful to meet you.) You have reached the home of Ean Lischin-Smith, MSW, LICSW, CYT and Lumen Psychotherapy, LLC. Ean’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, holistic and individualized, meeting you where you are. Ean is passionate about the process of therapy and will help you to develop insight, identify and reach your goals and enhance wellness. Ean has over a decade of psychotherapy experience working with individuals, couples and families. Ean specializes in treating couples and individuals coping with mental health and relationship concerns utilizing a combination of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness based cognitive therapy), CBT and dynamic relational techniques among other modalities. Ean’s goal is to provide a safe place for growth, development, and healing. Ean received his masters degree in social work from New York University and has clinical practice licensure in (Washington remove?), DC (D.C.)(District of Columbia), Maryland, Virginia and New York.
